Diet, i am sure that almost woman around the world knows about this words.. But not all of them don't understand the meaning of diet.
Is diet just make you "dying" because you don't eat anything..?
Is diet just to avoid you from carbs..?
Is diet mean that we can't eat ice cream, chocolate, cakes, etc..?
Based on the information from many resources, diet in my own definition is how we can control our daily food, how much we do exercises in a week, how much we take care with our health and love our body.. i am sure if we can answer that questions, we can do the right diet.. Diet not only to weight loss but diet make our body more healthy than before...
Is it okey to use diet pills, suplemen, etc.. I think thats okey as long our body can adapt very well and we still eat vegetables, fruits, and do exercises.. So, the contains of that pills can go out from our body from sweat, urine, and i think they're just support our body to reduce fat and improve body metabolism not to burn fat automatically... how can fat burned if we just stay at home and watch tv..?? it could be dangerous with our liver,heart, and the others because they work very hard and can make something happen in our body...
So, keep our body health... it's our investment for the future...
